Fellow Members.

We have been incredibly lucky to have had our current State President Joe Valdora representing the State Office and the proceedings of all the locals for many years.

However, Joe and his family will be leaving that position and us as he retires to Florida soon. It will be sad to see him go,  but I wish Joe and his family a long and healthy life.

Per the State Bylaws, I, as the 1^st Vice President will be moved up to the position of President for the duration of this term of office.  The 2^nd and 3^rd Vice Presidents will be moving up and a 3^rd Vice President will be appointed.

Incidentally this will be my 2^nd time holding the position of State President and the 2^nd time that I was not elected to that position but acquired through a vacancy.

With all your assistance I will attempt to be as diligent, professional, and efficient as Joe has been.
